Six Months That Will Change How You Lead

The Adira Women Network is built on a foundational truth: that the leadership challenges faced by women in mid-to-senior roles in East Africa are specific, complex, and often invisible to those who don't live them.

We don't teach leadership in the abstract. We work with you — through real challenges, real conversations, and real accountability — to unlock the specific version of leadership that is authentic to you.

The Journey

The programme is structured across three phases:

  • 1
Foundation (Months 1–2): Know Yourself Deep self-awareness, values clarification, leadership identity, and understanding how you currently show up in rooms.
  • 2
Development (Months 3–4): Build Your Edge Executive presence, strategic influence, navigating bias, negotiating for what you deserve, and managing up with confidence.
  • 3
Legacy (Months 5–6): Lead at Scale Building teams that reflect your values, leaving a leadership legacy, and designing your next 3-year chapter with clarity.
