Is the LDP for individuals or organisations? +

Primarily individuals โ€” employed professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders who invest in themselves. While some participants are employer-sponsored, the programme is designed around your personal growth journey.

Can my employer sponsor my enrolment? +

Yes. Many participants receive sponsorship from their organisations. We can provide a formal proposal letter and invoice directly to your HR or Finance team. Email info@adira.life and we'll arrange it within 24 hours.

What is the time commitment? +

It varies by programme. Cohort programmes run 6โ€“9 months with monthly residential sessions plus virtual check-ins. The Masterclass is a single full day. All session schedules are provided at enrolment.

Do I receive a certificate? +

Yes. All programmes include a digital certificate of completion, shareable directly to LinkedIn. Cohort programmes also include a personalised 90-Day Leadership Action Plan.

What payment methods are accepted? +
