Is the LDP for individuals or organisations? +

It is open to both individuals who want to own their leadership journey or organaisations who want to upskill their team leaders and managers. We have customised programs for both.

Can my employer sponsor my enrolment? +

Yes, your employer can pay for you. Simply write to us with details of your organisation and we shall prepare an invoice.

What is the time commitment? +

It varies by programme. Cohort programmes run 6–9 months with monthly residential sessions plus virtual check-ins. The Masterclass is a single full day. All session schedules are provided at enrolment.

Do I receive a certificate? +

Yes. All programmes include a digital certificate of completion, shareable directly to LinkedIn. Cohort programmes also include a personalised 90-Day Leadership Action Plan.

What payment methods are accepted? +

We prefer direct payments using our platform. However, you can also pay through direct mpesa deposits or direct bank deposits.
