Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using adira.life, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Our services

Adira Life provides leadership development programmes, organisational development consultancy, online courses, community forums, events, and related educational resources (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are designed to empower individuals and organisations across East Africa to grow and lead with confidence.

Account registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an Adira account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please notify us immediately at hello@adira.life .

Courses and payments

• • Course fees are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• • Payments are processed securely via Paystack, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment platform.
• • Refunds: If you are dissatisfied within 7 days of purchase and have accessed less than 20% of course content, contact hello@adira.life for a full refund. No refunds are issued after 7 days or where substantial content has been accessed.
• • Course access is granted to the registered purchaser only. Sharing, reselling, or transferring access to another person is not permitted.
• • For in-person programmes and events, separate booking terms may apply. Please review event-specific details carefully at the time of booking.

Intellectual property

All content on adira.life — including written materials, videos, audio recordings, assessments, brand assets, and design — is the property of Adira Life and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may use our content for your own personal learning only. Reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial use of any content without the prior written permission of Adira Life is strictly prohibited.

Acceptable use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• • Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account
• • Copy, record, or redistribute course content in any form
• • Post or transmit content that is harmful, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
• • Impersonate Adira Life or any other person or entity
• • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or other users' accounts
• • Use our Services in any way that violates Kenyan law or other applicable regulations

Disclaimer of warranties

Our Services are provided for educational and professional development purposes. While we endeavour to ensure the accuracy and quality of all content, Adira Life makes no warranty — express or implied — that our Services will meet all of your individual expectations or produce specific career outcomes. Your use of our Services is at your own discretion and risk.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, Adira Life's total liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages of any kind.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved after a reasonable period, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. We will notify you of any material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our Services after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
