Nine Months of Serious Development

The Leaders Forum is for senior leaders who already know how to perform — and are ready to examine how they lead. Not a skills course. Not a networking event. A genuine developmental journey that asks the questions that don't get asked in boardrooms.

You will be challenged. You will be uncomfortable. You will leave with a depth of self-understanding, a quality of peer relationships, and a leadership manifesto that changes how you walk into every room that matters.

Three Phases of Transformation

    Foundations (Months 1–3): The Leader You Are 360-degree feedback, leadership psychology, values and shadow, power dynamics, and what it costs you to lead the way you currently do.
  • 2
    Strategy (Months 4–6): Leading at Scale Systems thinking, adaptive leadership, building high-trust teams, managing across complexity, and strategic decision-making under uncertainty.
  • 3
    Legacy (Months 7–9): The Leader You're Becoming Succession, institutional leadership, personal manifesto, and the leadership project — a real-world initiative presented to peers and faculty at graduation.
